All 8 Suites Have Oceanic Views
Each bedroom includes a private en-Suite bathroom with double-sink vanities, television, personal safe, iron with ironing board, and wifi. Total of 4 king and 8 queen beds. All beds are true to size 1-piece king and queen beds and incredibly comfortable. See our villa floor plan for bed size and locations below.

Each with en-suite bathrooms with Double-Sink Vanity, 1 King bed, 2 balconies-One ocean-facing balcony, the other facing the jungle.

Each room includes 2 Queen beds, an en-suite bathroom with Double-Sink Vanity, Rain Shower Head, frosted shower door lockable from the inside, and a shared balcony
Room # 7 | Studio Apartment
Room # 7 includes en-suite bathroom with Double-Sink Vanity, 1 King bed, a Full Kitchen, Living Room Area, Washer & Dryer, and Balcony.
Room # 8 - 1-Bedroom apt
Room # 8 includes en-suite bathroom with Double-Sink Vanity, 1 King bed, a Full Kitchen and Separate Living Room, 2 AC units.
TV Room - Optional 9th Bedroom
The lower level TV Room can be used as a 9th bedroom. Includes a sofa sleeper (does not include a private bathroom or closet). Portable beds can be located in this room.

Normally, the beach access itself is $100 per person, so this is a pretty sweet deal! Plus, Arenas Del Mar is super close, just a breezy 5-minute stroll away. And if you’re not up for walking, no worries! You can simply ask for a golf cart to whisk you to and from the villa. This special offer is just for guests like you staying at Vista Hermosa Estate, so make sure to take advantage of it!
🥥 If the client cancels a reservation more than 9 months prior to arrival date, they have two options. 1st option – they can receive a 50% refund. 2nd option – clients can apply funds to an alternate reservation date at Vista Hermosa within 12 months of the original arrival date. Cancellations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 9 months from the arrival date will result in no refund of amounts paid. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We highly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance that will give them full cancellation coverage for any reason and any cancellation date.
