🌺 Personal Concierge & Vacation Coordinator – Prior to greeting you at the Estate upon arrival, our concierge will contact you soon after booking a reservation and will assist with all arrangements pertaining to your transportation from San Jose airport to the Estate; arrange all excursions/activities with certified and reputable companies; coordinate small events; pre-stock your special requested items to be available at the villa upon your arrival (beer, water, snacks, etc.); including all other requests to ensure your vacation stay is nothing short of relaxing and stress-free. Your personal assistant will essentially help you to plan the most perfect luxury beach vacation.

🌞 Events are permitted upon request only with an event site fee. In order to most efficiently run an event and provide top-notch services, we must charge a site fee to cover the cost. The cost of the site fee is determined by the number of individuals in attendance. The maximum number in attendance for any event is 40. Link to our Event Venue page

You can have a delightful lunch experience right on the beach at Playitas Beachfront Restaurant, nestled in the Arenas Del Mar hotel. Imagine enjoying your meal with the sand between your toes – sounds perfect, right? There’s a minimum spend of $50 per adult and $25 for kids. Normally, the beach access itself is $100 per person, so this is a pretty sweet deal! Plus, Arenas Del Mar is super close, just a breezy 5-minute stroll away. And if you’re not up for walking, no worries! You can simply ask for a golf cart to whisk you to and from the villa. This special offer is just for guests like you staying at Vista Hermosa Estate, so make sure to take advantage of it!

🥥 Cancellations – Guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid if the cancellation is made at least 6 months (180 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 6 months from the arrival date will result in no refund of amounts paid. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We highly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance that will give them full cancellation coverage for any reason and any cancellation date.
