Each bedroom includes a private en-Suite bathroom with double-sink vanities, air conditioning, television, personal safe, iron with ironing board, and wifi. Total of 4 king and 8 queen beds. All beds are true to size 1-piece king and queen beds and incredibly comfortable. See our villa floor plan for bed size and locations below.
2 Primary Suites
Each with en-suite bathrooms with Double-Sink Vanity, 1 King bed, 2 balconies-One ocean-facing balcony, the other facing the jungle.
4 Ocean View bedrooms
Each room includes 2 Queen beds, an en-suite bathroom with Double-Sink Vanity, Rain Shower Head, frosted shower door lockable from the inside, and a shared balcony.
Room # 7 - Studio Apartment
Room # 7 includes en-suite bathroom with Double-Sink Vanity, 1 King bed, a Full Kitchen, Living Room Area, Washer & Dryer, and Balcony.
Room # 8 - One Bedroom apt
Room # 8 includes en-suite bathroom with Double-Sink Vanity, 1 King bed, a Full Kitchen and Separate Living Room, 2 AC units.
TV Room - Optional 9th Bedroom
The lower level TV Room can be used as a 9th bedroom. Includes a sofa sleeper (does not include a private bathroom or closet). Portable beds can be located in this room.
10 Bathrooms
Bathrooms located in each bedroom include Double-Sink Vanity, Large Shower with Bench, and Rain Shower Head.
Air Conditioning

The Ideal Beach Vacation Villa
In this Costa Rica beach villa, you will find that each of Vista Hermosa’s eight suites is equipped with its own en-suite bathrooms. In the showers, also enjoy large rainfall shower heads with jungle views.
All suites have private ocean-facing terraces. These eight suites encompass 12 beds with an optional sofa sleeper located in the lower level TV Room, optional roll-away beds are available upon request. The two lower-level apartment suites each have their own kitchen.
All eight suites including our optional 9th bedroom offer a smart television, AC unit, and ceiling fans over each individual bed. Though it is encased in a lush tropical rain forest, the bedrooms are custom decorated for luxury and relaxation, with tropical organic personal care products and personal safes for valuables.
LIVING ROOM
Located on the top floor and integrated into the Great Room. Includes floor to ceiling 3-sided Glass Walls, 3-retractable sliding glass door sets to create an outdoor ambiance, Large 50″ Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Large Covered Balcony.
GOURMET KITCHEN
Located on the top floor and integrated into the Great Room. Includes a fully equipped ‘Gourmet Kitchen,’ including your onsite personal gourmet chef for hand-prepared delicacies to complete this top-in-class tropical retreat/service. The kitchen further includes Stainless Steel Appliances with food warmer drawers, Wine Fridge, and a stand-alone Ice Maker.
DINING AREA
Located on the top floor and integrated into the Great Room with air conditioning. Surrounded by glass walls, as if you’re enjoying meals within the tropical forest.

Our amazing top floor social gathering area which includes the great room, so unique compared to all other beachfront villas in Costa Rica.
